Find, partner and manage relationship with mobile app developers and publishers such as but not limited to gaming, and other supply-side partners in Greater China to maximize partner's and Tapjoy's business.
Tapjoy is a rapidly growing company with strong revenues and solid market share, and is currently seeking an experienced Developer Relations, Strategic Partnership and Account Manager. As an individual contributor based in the Beijing, China office, your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Find, reach out and partner with new customers, and provide hands-on support in order for customers to start monetization using Tapjoy Platform on their apps. This will include attending and organizing industry events, executing cold calls, etc.,
Regularly interface with key potential and existing partners to build and grow relationships.
Plan, execute, analyze and optimize actions to achieve individual, team and company goals.
Collaborate with international and cross-functional internal teams to achieve individual, team and company goals.
Actively engage in the growth of business opportunities for Tapjoy supply.
Manage relationships with clients to hit target KPIs while ensuring high publisher satisfaction with our services.
Provide to our clients consultation and support that would help upsell/cross-sell Tapjoy products and maximize clients and Tapjoy revenue and other app performances.
Daily account management and client service support to ensure publisher happiness with products, monetization, distribution, service levels, etc. Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities.
Execute in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
Ad hoc projects depending on needs of Developer Relations team
Core Competencies and Requirements:
More than 2 years working experience in the mobile gaming, ad tech industry. Experience in supply side business development, account management, or ad monetization is a plus.
Successful experience working in Social Media, Mobile/Online Gaming, or Advertising Networks or Platforms.
Proven record in strong sales, outreach and developing business with new customers.
A history of meeting and exceeding annual goals managing multi-million dollar accounts.
Highly interested in the mobile apps and ad network space, and eager to discover new games/apps, and share new opportunities with the team
External facing, customer centric personality.
Smart, creative, data driven, and can work efficiently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and get things done with minimal instructions.
Acting as an individual player to drive business, yet demonstrate a flexible team player attitude.
Ability to collaboratively work and influence with all levels of employees and management.
Capability to travel (mainly in Greater China. Sometimes also to Japan and the United States).
An undergraduate degree in the related field.
