Job Description

Position Title: Senior Account Manager, UA

Position Description: Tapjoy is a rapidly growing company with strong revenues and solid market share, and we are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to work with our gaming advertisers to launch and optimise their user acquisition campaigns, build and expand our partnerships further, and help them expand their advertising strategies.

  • A history of meeting and exceeding annual goals managing multi-million dollar accounts.


  • You will work with our gaming advertisers, will communicate on regular basis to understand their needs, as well as discuss and consult on User Acquisition strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance and help clients hit their ROAS and volume goals by providing performance analysis and suggestions.

  • Daily account management to ensure advertiser satisfaction by providing support, reporting and expertise.

  • Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign setups and changes with our Ad Ops team.

  • Represent Tapjoy at industry events, conferences and client QBRs.

  • Accurately forecast account growth; achieve and exceed revenue objectives for accounts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, companies, and opportunities.

  • Execute in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.


  • 3-4 years of experience in mobile advertising either in account management and/or sales roles.

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field.

  • Superb organization skills, a proactive nature.

  • Excel at working completely independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Strong solution-seeking drive.

  • Ability to analyze, extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets.

  • Confidence to establish credibility as an expert in the field of mobile advertising and being able to represent Tapjoy across the industry.

  • An international profile – fluency in one or two foreign languages is a plus.
