Position Title: Sales Enablement Specialist
Tapjoy is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team of savvy and passionate marketers. We are looking for a high energy, motivated person with exceptional marketing strategy, communication, and project management skills. You will help drive the end-to-end marketing & sales enablement strategy and execution across a broad range of global stakeholders from all commercial teams within the business.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be support all external B2B marketing messaging to our brand advertisers, performance marketers and publisher partners. In addition, the Sales Enablement Specialist will work directly with the senior marketing & commercial team members on various go-to-market business strategies and execution plans.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Support the sales enablement & content development efforts including infographics, case studies, surveys, sales/product decks & packages, competitive positioning and strategic RFP support
Oversee Tapjoy’s social media channels and work in coordination with PR, events, and HR to effectively promote their initiatives via social media
Establish key relationships with cross-functional teams (including external PR team, sales, events, digital, design, product and executive stakeholders) to deliver world-class marketing communications for company-wide initiatives and goals
Manage company website and act as main point of contact for all internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
Cultivate strategic client relationships & communication across the Top Fortune 500 Advertising Brands & Top 100 Game Developers
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
2-3 years of related work experience
Proven track-record of problem-solving in challenging and innovative environments
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, including turning complex ideas into simple messages
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to solicit relevant customer feedback and competitive intelligence and provide actionable information for positioning, messaging & sales strategy
Working knowledge of the Adobe Product Suite
Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (ie: Salesforce, Hubspot, Yesware, Uberflip, etc.) is a plus, but not required
Prior experience in ad tech a plus, but not required
