As a Sales Account Manager you will be part of Tapjoy’s Ad Sales team based in Tokyo.

Be responsible for managing existing business with Advertisers, and Ad Agencies. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following as additional roles and/or focus will be needed as the company and department continues to grow and evolve:

  • Build strong relationships with existing advertisers and advertising agencies to sell new and up-sell products

  • Analyze and develop strategic sales plans and propose optimizing campaigns based on market perceptions and KPIs

  • Work with different Tapjoy teams in different countries to execute, measure, and report on effective campaigns for partners

  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Tapjoy’s products and services

  • Accurately forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals as defined by management

  • Execute in a fast-paced, team environment


Requirements (必要とされるスキル、経験)


  • 日本での3年以上のデジタル広告領域での営業、ビジネス開拓、コンサルティング営業の経験

  • ゲーム、アプリ領域における経験と、これらに関わる広告代理店、広告主とのネットワーク

  • 大学卒以上

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語

  • 円滑なコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル

  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つ同僚との協調性

  • マルチタスク業務の遂行能力およびタスク管理能力

  • 組織横断的な共同作業を自発的に進められるリーダーシップがあると望ましい

  • 広告主のKPIに対して結果を分析し改善提案、実行し成功した経験があると望ましい

  • 新規開拓営業の経験があると望ましい

  • ビジネスレベルの英語スキルがあると望ましいが、少なくとも英語を使う環境に順応する努力は必要

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable track record driving mobile and/or online advertising sales or affiliate marketing in Japan.

  • Experience in the gaming or app industry, working with those advertisers or ad agencies.

  • BA/BS degree and above.

  • Ability to conduct business with internal and external stakeholders in Japanese. 

  • Proven experience as a strong contributor to multinational organizations.

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization is desired.

  • Experience in analyzing results, proposing improvements, and successfully executing against advertisers' KPIs is desired.

  • Experience with direct advertiser sales is desired.

  • Business level English is desired, but a minimum of effort to adopt English communication environments is required.
