Position Title: Principal Product Manager

Position Description:

We’re looking for a product leader to join our team to help drive the evolution of our offerwall experience.

We are the market leading offerwall provider, helping performance advertisers to drive conversions from mobile gamers in many of the world’s top publishers, such as Scopely, Glu and Ludia.

The experience within the offerwall is unique compared to other ad formats in the market. It is an opt-in format that enables users to browse a wide range of offers which they can interact with in order to earn virtual currency within their favourite games.

This product role is going to be heavily focussed on improving user loyalty within the offerwall, to ensure we’re driving as many conversions as possible for our advertisers, and as much revenue as possible for our publishers.

With the above in mind, the ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience in managing a large scale mobile marketplace and/or community. An understanding of how the mobile advertising ecosystem operates and mobile gaming would be an additional benefit. 

In this role the candidate can expect to...

  • Gain a deep understanding of how our offerwall and video products work across both iOS and Android platforms. Specifically, we expect this PM to deep dive into how each of our campaign types operates, and understand how we can strengthen each of these products to better serve our advertisers.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of user retention and lifetime value within the offerwall itself. How does frequency of visits/number of offers completed correlate with user LTV? How can we drive higher levels of engagement through product enhancements which result in a positive impact on overall monetisation rates?
  • Collaborate with cross functional internal teams including design, engineering, data science, and commercial, to ensure new product initiatives are delivered with alignment from all key stakeholders. In particular, we expect this PM to use their prior experience to set clear product goals which wider teams can rally around.
  • Providing regular data driven analysis and recommendations on how we can iterate and improve the products and features which you are responsible for.

  • You will take a leading role in defining our product roadmap and longer term strategy, and will help to communicate this to internal stakeholders. 

  • You will support both our product and commercial teams by interfacing directly with our key customers to ensure the solutions we build gain adoption in market.

Who you are:

  • You’ve successfully managed and shipped features and products and/or have led large scale, cross functional projects.

  • You are a strong communicator, and enjoy validating ideas with both internal and external stakeholders.  

  • You have a good understanding of marketplace products and the mobile app ecosystem.

  • You confidently access databases using SQL and a day buried in spreadsheets is fun and fulfilling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within a marketplace and/or advertising company

  • 2+ years experience of managing a product team of 2 or more individuals

  • A track record of overseeing the delivery of successful technology products which have gained significant adoption in market.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or business field.
