Tapjoy is a rapidly growing company with strong revenues and solid market share. We are seeking a full time Manager for our Global Revenue Operations (GRO) team. This role will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams and report to the COO. The Manager of GRO will work across the organization and participate and/or guide incentive compensation plan development, goal setting and execution of the plan; oversight of our CRM administration; sales pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis; sales support administrative functions, as well as ad hoc projects as required.
The successful candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. You will act as a strategic thought partner to company leadership and the Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing teams to efficiently drive revenue growth. You will manage day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to CRM database quality and optimization of the Sales and Customer Service execution workflow
- Experience with incentive compensation platforms such as SPIFF or Xactely
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Ability to work independently, as well as manage a small team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written skills particularly in the area of quantitative analysis
- Be flexible and adaptive as the company & team is rapidly expanding
- Some travel required
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree required
- Quantitative, analytical mindset
- Prior management experience is a plus
- Great Communication Skills
