Position Title: HR Admin/Office Manager

Position Description: 

Tapjoy and Tapdaq are looking for an HR Admin/ Office Manager to keep their offices running smoothly. The ideal candidate is able to optimize office efficiency, and provide HR support to our UK offices. This position is part time, 4 days a week, between our 2 locations: 71 Kingsway, London WC2B 6ST and 29 Ely Place, London, EC1N 6TD.

  • Proven event coordination experience

Core Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain office operations/efficiency 

  • Ordering supplies consistently, i.e. milk and fruit 

  • Handle deliveries, mail, and shipments

  • Manage vendors for catering and snacks

  • Have a proactive approach to making the office a better place

  • Planning creative, inclusive entertainment for the team 

  • Manage onboarding of new UK employees

  • Process new hire paperwork

  • Be available as an employee resource to answer HR related questions

  • Audit employee files

  • Coordinate with Immigration Services

  • Act as a liaison with F/L


  • Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant experience

  • Prior HR experience

  • Experience with Google Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with the London area
