Position Title: Engineering Manager, Partner Integrations

Position Description/Responsibilities: 

Tapjoy is looking for a smart, self-motivated hands-on Integrations Engineering Manager to lead our global Partner Integrations team! In this highly respected and industry visible position you will work with top mobile gaming companies to help them write and deploy their applications using our SDK and products. Partnering with our Engineering and Product teams, you will effectively drive client requests and help solve client issues. You will play a pivotal role serving as a vocal advocate for our partners throughout our organization. You will have the opportunity to deploy your engineering background to write technical documentation that enables Tapjoy customers to quickly and easily integrate our product.

Core Competencies include: 

  • Technical skills (iOS, Android, Mobile SDK, RESTful APIs)
  • Customer-facing communication skills
  • Managing distributed teams
  • Managing technical documentation (Release Notes, Tutorials, Guides)


  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field 
  • At least 5 years experience, preferably involving mobile advertising or mobile 3rd-party 
  • SDK integration (Some of this experience must be customer-facing.) 
  • At least 2 years experience in managing teams (preferably distributed teams) 
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both customer-facing within the company 
  • Experience with iPhone, Android. Experience with Unity, AIR, SQL/BigQuery, Zendesk, Wordpress, REST APIs a plus. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
