Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Description:

Tapjoy is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team of savvy and passionate marketers. The Digital Marketing Specialist should be well-versed in digital media trends and possess a diverse skill set, including familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, MailChimp, Eloqua, Pardot, Campaign Monitor), CMS (e.g. Wordpress), paid media, retargeting, social media management and SEO.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated team member who will bring energy, urgency, and a thirst for knowledge to our tight-knit team. We’re looking for someone who loves to stay on the pulse of the latest digital media trends, research and test new solutions, build and refine effective lead generation funnels, and utilize data and analytics as your guide. Key Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute an annual digital marketing plan that aligns with the company’s mission and goals.

  • Support and optimize a multi-channel lead generation strategy that includes retargeting, paid social, and targeted third party media buys.

  • Oversee customer nurture programs via SFDC and Mailchimp. Consistently evaluate customer lifecycle to identify areas for opportunity and improvement. Test to improve conversion and ROI.

  • Manage company website and act as main point of contact for all internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Manage external SEO vendor and evaluate/execute strategic recommendations.

  • Oversee Tapjoy’s social media channels and work in coordination with PR, events, and HR to effectively promote their initiatives via social media.

  • Collaborate with Sales to implement effective lead scoring, lead distribution, and workflow management.

  • Manage ad hoc data quality projects as needed to maintain database integrity.

  • Regularly track and report campaign performance.

  • Maintain digital marketing budget with the Marketing Director.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field

  • 3+ years of related work experience

  • Previous experience managing lead generation campaigns

  • Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation software, particularly Salesforce, Marketo or MailChimp

  • CMS experience, WordPress preferred. Uberflip a plus.

  • Analytical and quantitative; enjoys using data to derive deep insights into the business

  • Passionate about digital marketing. Consistently on the pulse of the latest developments in digital media. Always excited to test new solutions and iterate/improve on existing ones.

  • Ability to effectively adapt campaigns to various customer personas

  • Highly detail oriented and accurate. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics a plus, but not required.

  • Prior experience in ad tech a plus, but not required.
