Contract Recruiter (APAC) 3-6 month assignment

Based in China/Korea or San Francisco

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for making a significant contribution to the strategy of recruiting, for finding qualified candidates and for recruiting both active and passive candidates to join the Tapjoy team. Must be comfortable with global full cycle recruiting and using the recruiting system to track candidate status.

 

Your day will be busy:

 

  • Proactively identify and source candidates through internal and external channels, including continuous review of resumes, networking, cold calling, reaching out to passive candidates, to ensure hiring managers are provided with a pool of highly qualified talent

  • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and work collaboratively with internal resources to ensure the end to end recruitment process experience is a positive for all involved

  • Managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment

  • Conducting candidate pre-screenings to assess capabilities and provide a highly qualified shortlist of candidates to hiring manager

  • Utilizing strong recruiting skills to source for difficult, hard to fill key roles in the organization.

  • Interviewing, assessing and recommending candidates and hiring compensation based on compensation evaluation, candidate skills and experience.

  • Handling all negotiating of offers while working within the company compensation guidelines.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of three-years global recruitment experience specifically in the APAC region.

  • Multi-lingual is a must- Chinese and English  (Japanese and Korean a plus!)

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through outreach, cold calling, talent mapping

  • Very strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and client management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, multi-task and identify creative solutions in an ever-changing environment.

  • Experience with LinkedIn and indeed a plus
