Job Descriptions

  • Manage relationships to hit target revenue and margin economics while ensuring high publisher satisfaction with our services

  • Daily account management and support to ensure publisher happiness with products, monetization, distribution, service levels, etc. Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives

  • Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts

  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Tapjoy’s products, strategies and services

  • Represent Tapjoy at industry events and conferences

  • Accurately forecast account growth; achieve and exceed revenue objectives for accounts

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities

  • Execute in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Ad hoc projects depending on needs of the HQ



  • More than 2 years of development relations experience at a venture-funded start-up, social media, gaming or mobile internet services company

  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising

  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, other Asian languages such as Korean and Japanese an advantage

  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management

  • A mature, self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude

  • High capacity to operate effectively in turbulent startup environment

  • Progressive, consistent work history and excellent references
