APAC Content Marketing Manager

Tapjoy is in search of a motivated, highly organized, and creative marketing professional to join its global marketing team. The successful candidate will help us elevate our APAC content marketing strategy and execution and report to the Senior Director of Marketing. This role will be based in Beijing, China.
The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the APAC content strategy for our rapidly growing business which powers game monetization, user acquisition and customer research for some of the world’s largest brands and gaming businesses.
We are looking for someone with experience in content ideation and development, excellent copywriting skills, experience working with agency partners and good project management skills. This is a highly visible and exciting role. You will drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for China, Japan and Korea. This role will be responsible for supporting both the ad sales and developer arms of the business by partnering with a broad range of global stakeholders from commercial to product teams within the business.
Carry out qualitative and quantitative customer research to gain understanding of our customer wants and needs.
Analyze customer data to formulate into actionable insights for research reports
Develop the global content strategy, tactics & goals as they apply to each stage of the marketing funnel: Awareness, Consideration, and Decision
Develop product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation for key customer personas
Enable the Sales and Marketing team to effectively communicate product messaging, develop sales collateral and in-depth customer success stories
Collaborate with agency partners to develop product specific content to fill the MQL pipeline.
Oversee relevant customer nurture programs and consistently evaluate customer lifecycle to identify areas for opportunity and improvement. Test to improve conversion and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, locally and internationally, to align product marketing strategy with other areas and execution.
Work with the PR team to create content for industry articles, whitepapers, research reports, blog posts and speaking engagements.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of Marketing experience in the mobile advertising industry, a speciality in mobile gaming and content marketing is a plus
Chinese and English: Business Level
Japanese and Korean: Preferred
Outstanding communication skills, including turning complex ideas into simple messages
Experience with content localisation and translations
Proven experience partnering with external agencies and vendors
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to solicit relevant customer feedback and competitive intelligence and provide actionable information for positioning, messaging, product direction.
Experience with Salesforce and lead generation / lead tracking
Experience in marketing automation and mobile development or marketing platforms (HubSpot, Wordpress)
