Position Title:  Account Manager

Position Description/Responsibilities: We are seeking an Account Manager to work closely with the sales team to actively engage in the growth of existing and new business opportunities within the mobile advertising landscape.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage relationships to hit target revenue and margin economics while ensuring high publisher satisfaction with our services

• Daily account management and support to ensure publisher happiness with products, monetization, distribution, service levels, etc. Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives

• Maximize revenue growth within existing accounts

• Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Tapjoy’s products, strategies and services

• Represent Tapjoy at industry events and conferences

• Accurately forecast account growth; achieve and exceed revenue objectives for accounts

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities

• Execute in a fast-paced, team environment

• Ad hoc projects depending on needs of the Developer Relations team


•Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrable track record driving mobile and/or online advertising sales or affiliate marketing in China

•An extremely strong network of active relationships within the target community, both leading ad agencies and direct advertisers

•Proven experience as strong contributor to multi-national organizations

•A history of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas

•Experience with performance-based online advertising is ideal

•An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising is preferred

•Superb organization skills, a proactive nature

•A commitment to providing positive customer service and following-through to close deals and build relationships

•Proficiency with and MS Office desired

•Fluency in Chinese and English highly desired, other Asian languages such as Korean and Japanese an advantage.
