Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Market Research team, MobileVoice. This integral position will be the primary client day to day contact for everything Market Research and will work collaboratively amongst the team to assist in uncovering and communicating key insights, context and actionable strategies on all the research projects. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with experience in project management and/or client service and ideally market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help extract more value from client relationships by identifying areas for optimization and flagging concerning trends
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries, providing updates per client requests while also managing all funding and billing cases at the end of each month
• Use Salesforce to manage all MSA/IO approval requests for new clients
• Attend all partner calls & help facilitate communication over Slack & email
• Be the expert on intercompany market research performance by monitoring numerous dashboards while also having a deeper understanding of how these specific metrics can improve client performance
• Liaising on a regular basis with all key internal groups (ad operations, sales, finance and product teams) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner
• Identify areas for optimization within our API program and deliver input to our engineering & product teams to help guide team’s strategy on building stronger programmatic survey demand
• Own ad hoc research process for clients; from questionnaire writing and survey implementation to analysis and interpretation of results through preparation of reports

Ideal Candidate has the Following Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience managing client relationships
• Superior organizational skills
• Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
• Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Thrives within a small “start up” environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, Excel & Google Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Market research experience (Bonus); if not then Advertising experience (Bonus)
• Experience building surveys (Bonus)
