Position Title: Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager in our London office to work closely with the sales team to actively engage in the growth of existing and new business opportunities within the mobile advertising landscape.
Support sales organization with global revenue growth opportunities
Take overall responsibility for booked campaigns to maximize the delivery of the activity and upselling new opportunities.
Set up and create new campaign opportunities in collaboration with Sales Managers and Ad Ops.
Provide pre-sales support to the sales managers through guidance on campaign strategy, volume estimates, bid suggestions and deck creation.
Execute, complete and fulfill proposals for clients. Assist in filling out advertising spec templates and answering questions about inventory and specs as needed
Develop and maintain a process for EMEA team to streamline collateral building, and ensure all internal resources are documented
Establish and maintain strong client relationships with assigned agency and client contacts in order to maximise growth within existing accounts. This will include face to face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication.
Maintain complete understanding of the Tapjoy product suite, policy, and advertising dashboard in order to best advise clients on campaign activations.
Take responsibility for the development and delivery of mid and post campaign reporting.
Maintain records of client contact in Salesforce.com
A proven experience within a digital media sales environment. Mobile not essential but you must be excited by and “get” the space.
A digital account management background – you know what it takes and the importance of tracking campaigns day to day.
A passion for servicing customers so brilliantly they look forward to hearing from you.
A capability to communicate very effectively – both written and verbal.
A self motivated, down to earth, friendly, roll your sleeves up kind of disposition who thrives in a smaller team environment
Strong organisational and management skills that define your day to day activity
A combination of a ‘start-up team ethos’ alongside an ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
