What You’ll Do

As the Community Engagement & Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every visitor, volunteer, and staff member feels supported and informed. Key responsibilities include:

· Front Desk & Community Engagement: Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, assisting with inquiries, and supporting user groups utilizing our facilities.

· Communications & Coordination: Answer calls and emails, share information about programs and events, and facilitate smooth communication between staff, volunteers, and community members.

· Administrative Support: Assist with preparing weekly bulletins, managing records, and organizing office tasks to keep things running efficiently.

· Facility & Operations Support: Monitor visitor sign-ins, coordinate basic facility needs, and help maintain an organized and welcoming space.

· Organized and detail-oriented – You can juggle multiple tasks efficiently while keeping things running smoothly.

· Tech-savvy & adaptable – Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic office technology.
