We’re looking for an experienced Solution Engineer (location: West Coast) to make an immediate impact on our pre-sales team. Technologies, Inc., is a well-funded, early stage start-up with a world class product and team, and a growing customer base.  Some of your responsibilities include:  

  • Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Product Management to demonstrate our solution and establish credibility and trust with the customer
  • Performing business and technical discovery to understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that need
  • Presenting Tact’s technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with company’s software, networking and security stack
  • Working with the product team, responding effectively to customer information security reviews and executing on Statements of Work
  • Establishing project plans, coordinating project schedules and project assignments
  • Participating in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management


  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience: configuration, platform apps, Certified Administrator
  • Proven project management, project leadership working with cross-functional teams to achieve project success
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role, including 1 year that is a customer facing role
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
  • Ability to multi­task, work in a demanding team environment, quickly problem-solve and be responsive
  • General knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology
  • Application configuration experience using declarative designers/tools
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
