Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR with Tactile you will be responsible for prospecting / cold calling into targeted markets (50+ phone calls per day), coordinating with Marketing in lead generation efforts, and qualifying prospective customers for Regional Sales Managers. In addition, the SDR will manage and nurture opportunities to ensure their progression through the sales funnel. You will learn how to develop your own opportunities and close them with the help of your mentor and manager. Base Salary plus Monthly bonus based on defined metrics and attainment. This is an inside sales position located in Roseville, Ca.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a successful sales role OR a strong passion/interest in a selling career.
- Hunger for career growth.
- Desire to learn new technology, meet and exceed goals & ramp quickly.
- Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player.
- Natural leader with positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
- 2+ years on inside sales experience preferred.
