About the opportunity:

We believe in making software more human-friendly and relish the challenge of balancing technical details, omnichannel and cross-platform extensibility.  Are you obsessed with creating such user experiences? is seeking talented and highly motivated individuals to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team and be a key member of Professional Services(or Project Implementation) for products and technology. As a member of the implementation team, you will be primarily responsible for understanding customer requirements and implementing our products to exceed customer expectations. We are a start-up funded by Amazon, Upfront & Microsoft ventures,, Accel, Redpoint, and Comcast.

Desired experience level:

  • 7+ years of CRM (Salesforce experience preferred) in a Techno-Functional consulting capacity
  • 5+ years implementing and customizing CRM software solutions
  • 3+ years leading customer business discovery workshops, requirements elicitation, documentation, solution mapping, gap fit analysis
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to technologies supporting SaaS applications including Web Services (using REST/SOAP)
  • Exposure to iOS/Android CRM apps or Salesforce1

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in Tact AI products/tools, become an expert on project    implementations
  • Gather and understand customer business requirements and translate them to solutions, create functional and technical specifications for application solutions
  • Implements customer requirements and business processes using Tact Ai Tools, Tests, debugs, and deliver solutions as per Requirements
  • Perform quality checks on solutions
  • Create and deliver training/workshops to customers
  • Perform other project-related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computers or equivalent/higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent documentation skills like BRD, FSD, test cases
  • Business consulting background preferred
  • 5+ years of implementing CRM solutions for Fortune 500 customers
  • Strong knowledge of business processes across disciplines (Sales, Sales Operations, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technology and business concepts to non- technical users
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment; perform tasks and activities that may be out of your comfort zone

  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
