Tact.ai is seeking talented and highly motivated Customer Engineer Applications to join our Go-To Market (GTM) team and be a key member of our Professional Services Team for Tact.ai products and technology. As a member of our implementation team, you will be primarily responsible for understanding customer needs and creating server-based, customer applications that fulfil the requirements.

Desired experience level: 

  • 7+ years of implementing Custom Apps hands-on preferably for Fortune 1000 clients
  • 5+ years enterprise consulting or development experience for or in an enterprise
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in server side languages like Java/.Net Framework(C#, vb.net) with experience building Web Services, Rest API servers and internet security.
  • Experience in JavaScript/Python with experience in modern frameworks such as Angular or
 React
  • Solid understanding of CS, OOP/OOD, design patterns

  • SAML and SSO integration experience
  • Preferred experience with CRM concepts - Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Tasks, Events, etc.
  • Preferred experience viewing and editing JSON as the primary format of metadata
  • Preferred experience: using declarative configuration for UI, Data Objects, Rules, and Actions
  • Effective at leading and facilitating workshops and training sessions for customers

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in Tact AI products/tools, become an expert on project    implementations
  • Gather and understand customer business requirements and translate them to Tact.ai solutions
  • Create functional and technical specifications for application solutions
  • Implements customer requirements and business processes using Tact Ai Tools, Tests, debugs and deliver solutions as per Requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to showcase Tact.ai solutions and demonstrate value to assigned customers
  • Perform quality checks on Tact.ai solutions
  • Create and deliver training to customers
  • Manage assigned work across multiple customers
  • Perform other project related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 5+ years of implementing Custom Apps preferably for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in computers or equivalent/higher
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment; perform tasks and activities that may be out of your comfort zone
  • Effective at leading and facilitating workshops and training sessions for customers
  • Knowledge of business processes across disciplines preferred (Sales, Sales Operations, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technology and business concepts to non-technical users
  • High proficiency in with programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.

Job Requirements: 

  • Active developer certifications (any active CRM consulting/implementation certifications)
  • Ability to work with customers based in USA, EMEA, APAC which may require work outside regular India business hours
  • ·       Business Visa for working in the USA/Europe/APAC, travel up to 50% to customer locations/Tact Offices
