Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in talent acquisition and human resources. No prior recruiting experience is required—just a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

  • Review résumés and applications to identify potential matches for open roles

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information

  • Support employer branding efforts and job posting strategies

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Learn and apply basic recruitment best practices under supervision

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is a plus

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or social media platforms

  • Exposure to HR or recruiting processes (e.g., internships, campus involvement)
