Job Description:
A part-time Director of First Impressions typically involves greeting visitors, answering phones, managing appointments, and handling basic clerical tasks. It is a crucial role that often serves as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Being the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for creating a positive initial impression for visitors.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls is a core duty.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and managing appointment calendars for the office or specific employees.
- Clerical Duties: Performing tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the front desk and reception area tidy and presentable.
- Handling Mail and Packages: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Assisting with Basic Administrative Tasks: This may include preparing documents, ordering supplies, or assisting with other administrative needs.
