POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Strategy and Planning Manager you will play a key role in enabling Swing to achieve its objectives. You will bring to the company a strong strategic thinking and analytical skill-set along with an ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. This role involves managing critical tasks such as OKR updates, board meeting preparation, financial analysis, and leading important cross-functional initiatives to drive the company's growth and impact.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead strategic cross-functional projects to improve key areas of the business, driving execution to meet company goals.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze the impact of initiatives, measure company unit economics, and forecast future growth

  • Facilitate the design and execution of annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity across all departments.

  • Improve and manage the OKR tracking system, including collection, aggregation of updates, and facilitation of review meetings to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Create and refine presentation materials to communicate business performance and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong background in strategy and planning, with minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy preferred. Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is highly valued.

  • Highly organized with solid project management and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex projects

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and P&L management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans

  • Preferred: intermediate SQL experience (or a willingness to learn)
