General Office Clerk

Job Description


  • Wholesale Cosmetics Company looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual for general office work.   Including excel data entry, inventorying products and customer service.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Excel - Knowledge and good understanding of MS Excel (formatting, arithmetic formulas), Heavy excel work entering in products into inventory.
  • MS Word - (formatting –tables, tabulators).
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Deal directly with Customers either by telephone, email or face to face.
  • Organize tasks according to priority.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal personnel.
  • Follow up on Customer inquiries and or complaints.
  • Answer phone in a courteous manner and take messages as needed.
  • Assist in all areas of the company.
  • Research product demand and cost to assist in listing products.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Past Customer Service Experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to use a printer, fax machine and other basic office equipment.
  • Previous experience in tasks and responsibilities listed above.
