We currently are seeking a Network and Systems Specialist dedicated to customer service to be the initial point of contact for bank employees who contact the IT Department for technical support, as well as performing system updates/upgrades, installing new systems, and performing intermediate level network configuration changes.  The Network and Systems Specialist is also responsible for all daily support for the IT department.  Minimum requirements: Two years of IT related experience, certifications in server administration, Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, such as servers, routers, switches, hubs, network interface cards, and so on. The strong candidate will have Microsoft or CompTIA certification, Certification in Cisco router Configuration CCNA.
