We currently are seeking a Human Resources manager who will work to achieve bank goals by managing human resource activities.  This role exercises a high level of discretion and independent decision-making.  This is a one-person HR department, and the HR Manager will be responsible for all tasks related to the following areas:          

  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
  • Employee Relations, including Employee Performance Management, Disciplinary Actions, and Investigations
  • Maintaining Policies and Procedures
  • Leave Management
  • Maintaining Compliance with Employment Law
  • HRIS Management
  • Benefit Selection and Administration
  • Salary Analysis and Planning
  • Employee File Documentation

Minimum requirements: BA in Business Admin or similar area of study, and three-five years in an HR generalist role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  The candidate must have moderate to high level excel skills, a strong familiarity with employment laws and regulations, and a balance of discretion, empathy, and strategic thinking.  The strong candidate will have a PHR or SHRM-CP certification and prior experience in the financial industry.
