Customer Service Representative III

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative III (CSR) to join our team at our Petaluma branch.  This is a mid-level position responsible for opening new accounts, processing deposit transactions and assisting customers with all of the Bank’s deposit products and services utilizing an intermediate level of knowledge and experience.  This position may require some assistance with more complex products, services, or tasks.  The strong candidate will have over 2 years of job related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires thorough knowledge of bank internal controls, regulations, and legal requirements as they pertain to the branch deposit functions.
