CSR I – part-time, floating location

We currently are seeking an individual dedicated to customer service to process deposit transactions and assist customers with all of the Bank’s deposit products and services, utilizing an intermediate level of knowledge and experience.  The CSR I will fill in as needed at our various branch locations, as far south as Petaluma and as far north as Healdsburg.  Hours would generally be approximately 20-25/week, with some flexibility in scheduling.

Minimum requirements: One to two years cash handling and customer service experience, high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. The strong candidate will have superior customer service skills, an orientation toward sales and building customer relationships, attention to detail and high quality work.

This position is eligible for three weeks of paid vacation, participation in the 401(k) program with employer-matching contributions, and tuition reimbursement. As a team and as individuals, we always strive to exceed the highest of standards.
