Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

The COO is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the day-to-day operational activities of the Bank under the direction of the President/Chief Executive Officer. Ensures that operational aspects of the Bank's activities are conducted in a safe and sound manner in the best interest of shareholders, the Board of Directors, customers, and employees. Responsible for the general supervision of various operational areas, including Deposit Operations (includes Branches and Central Services), Compliance, Human Resources, Projects & Analytics, and Marketing. Responsible for adherence of Bank's policies, procedures, and internal controls to federal and state laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and ten years of banking and compliance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
