As the People Operations Supervisor, you will be immersed in Stonecrop Technologies' culture, driving employee engagement, retention, training & development, healthy company culture and more!

You will do a little bit of everything. Policies and procedures, compliance, on-boarding, training, recruiting, data management, reporting, compensation design, investigations and employee relations are all part of the gig. People Operations is a team effort around here.

Stonecrop Technologies is a wireless Systems Integrator that provides state-of- the-art wireless network deployment software and services to cellular carriers and governmental entities. 

Since 2001, Stonecrop has transformed cellular and microwave deployments through a system of coordinated tools and processes that align design, supply chain, and installation. Working at a national level, Stonecrop delivers solutions by speeding the build and upgrade of carrier networks, and improving performance.

About You:

  • Not afraid of systems and data: Our HRIS system is our friend. You are very comfortable working within sophisticated systems and asking the questions to get what you need.

Success Indicators:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Ops at a high growth company

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar field (or equivalent experience)

  • Track-record of supporting an hourly workforce and first-level supervisors (manufacturing experience a plus!)

  • Well-versed in Local, State and Federal labor laws

  • Experience with staffing, benefits & compensation, employee relations, performance management, and other functional areas of human resources

  • Familiarity with time and attendance systems

  • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques

  • Strong learning orientation-able to take direction and relay information to employees
