You will analyze and report on business performance, identifying systemic issues impairing company performance and brand, collaborating with cross-functional business partners to determine root cause and remediation activities.

Job Requirements
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
  • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for continuous business process improvement
  • Research and analyze data trends to suggest changes to business processes and improve performance
  • Work with the Customer Support Team and management on client-facing follow-ups or pending/open escalations
  • Production and distribution of reports for internal and external customers
  • Build a strong relationship with  client(s), through effective collaboration and communication 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar
  • 3-5 years client/account management experience
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience
  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills

  • Advanced data visualization experience - complete Tableau suite a plus
