Job Description

We are looking for young and dynamic sales professionals seeking a challenging role in exploring unchartered opportunities representing our range of Cleaning & Sanitization equipment based on new age technology.


Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed to meet targets
  • Assess team processes & procedures, identify & implement opportunities for improvement
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for management planning
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation & measurement, execute corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and maintain a robust Sales pipeline with focus on YTY growth through market depth/penetration, geographical expansions and new customer segments
  • Collate and analyze market data on competition tactics, market reach and devise counter measures accordingly.
  • Involve in product & price benchmarking, customer insights & new product requirements
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Sales/Communications
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in frontline sales with State wide market awareness in the Consumer goods industry, medical devices or related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven ability & leadership skills to lead a team motivating them in meeting targets
  • Experience in setting goals, monitoring and excelling in them
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of CRM and best practices
