Job Description:
You will work in our Chelsea office in NYC and will own the sales function of the company. You will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing team to scale our revenue generating machine. We're growing, so you will need to know how to find and hire top-performing AEs, even if they aren't looking for a new job. You must have experience running a high-performing sales team (no first-time managers), and the ability to learn quickly. You'll lead the evolution of our sales motion as we grow, so your ability to think strategically while collecting internal and external feedback will be important for your success.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Attracting and hiring top sales talent, keeping an eye on the sales and company culture we're building
  • Support your team as we continue to close great deals with amazing logos, especially on the larger and more strategic deals
  • Solidify and uplevel our sales motion (tactics, strategies, process, etc)
  • Help us continue to improve measurement and predictability of our whole pre-sales motion through understanding and improvement of the related sales metrics
  • Work hand-in-hand with other functional leads to ensure we're all rowing in the same direction to maximize success
  • Celebrate wins and have fun!


Skills Required:

  • Must have managed a high-performing sales team and owned a revenue number
  • Track record of top performance
  • Proven ability to hire top sales talent
  • Experience with high-ACV deals and multi-month sales cycles
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Learning agile
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing tech, or selling to marketing orgs is a major bonus
