Location: Redwood City


Stellar Labs is an early stage startup building the industry platform and global distribution system to connect the business aviation ecosystem. Our mission is to provide a foundational technology solution for flight departments to access, manage and grow digital channels integrated with best-in-class management of flight operations through our partnership with Rockwell-Collins. Our products enable flight departments to run their business more efficiently and provide better service while maintaining the highest safety standards.



The Office Manager is responsible for general office support with an emphasis on office management and coordination for recruiting activities. In addition to general office support tasks, the Office Manager will support the management team with various ad-hoc projects.


  • Assist with recruiting efforts as needed especially around coordinating interviews, greeting candidates, and shepherding the process.

  • Greeting and directing guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner

  • Answering incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Making travel arrangements

  • Shipping and receiving mail and packages via UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS

  • Ordering office supplies as needed, including recycling printer cartridges

  • Ordering or picking up food and kitchen supplies

  • Providing general office support to all employees such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing

  • Keep office tidy and organized

  • Managing office vendors (including snack and lunch vendors)



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 3+ years of work experience

  • Able to handle highly confidential and critical matters

  • Excellent problem solver, attentive to details, highly analytical and accurate

  • Flexible and resourceful with a willingness to “pitch in” and help with whatever needs to be done.
