Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to develop Stellar's marketing strategy, plan and execute compelling product launches, and drive demand for Stellar’s products.  You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to market our products, be the ‘voice of the customer,’ and promote our company to relevant audiences.


  • Own the company's marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for new products

  • Build the Stellar brand through a wide variety of marketing communication strategies and tactics 

  • Work closely with Product and Business Development to develop the positioning, messaging, branding, and pricing of Stellar’s products

  • Create innovative campaigns to communicate the value proposition of our products to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders

  • Develop and manage third parties to develop collateral to support the selling of our products (e.g., case studies, website content, videos, FAQs)

  • Manage day-to-day company marketing activities (e.g., website, trade events, PR, social media) and customer/partner communications

  • Build strong industry, media, and investment community relationships, and partner with our executive team and Board to present our company to external audiences

  • Know and provide insights/recommendations on our customers, partners, competitors, and industry

  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue for Stellar

  • Build out the marketing team as our company grows

Your Background:

  • You have 5+ years of product / corporate marketing experience as a Manager or Director

  • You have a proven track record of launching products and driving marketing from strategy to execution

  • You have extremely strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail

  • You are comfortable speaking with customers, at industry conferences, and in boardrooms

  • You can grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits

  • You are highly motivated, creative, and persuasive

  • You make your team better, meet deadlines, know how to prioritize, and bring order to chaos

  • You are scrappy and can get things done in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Bonus points if you have prior experience at an enterprise-class SaaS startup or in the aviation industry 

  • You are willing to travel up to 20%
