We're looking for an individual who is excited to build our next generation productions and help kids become strong, confident readers!


You will be responsible to help supply chain manager to create & formalizing Square Panda’s Supply Chain organization, starting with you!  We are manufacturing in China leveraging our Chinese subsidiary to staff key positions in the country. 

  • Source out components and suppliers according to Square Panda needs
  • Audit all strategic suppliers based on Square Panda quality system
  • Check transaction records with actual inventory for all Square Panda consigned materials at the CM house monthly and report discrepancy back to the office
  • Help with getting forecast and demand planning for China market
  • Monitor the strategic suppliers KPI performance
  • Help to drive the cost materials and availability of materials for supply chain manager
  • Partner with operation stakeholders to streamline the suppliers purchasing and delivery processes
  • Assist supply chain manager in finding second suppliers for all key components
  • Encourage and coordinate early supplier involvement in new product activities
  • willing to travel to different suppliers site


  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of sourcing electronic and packaging experience
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers and effectively managing performance objectives
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers
  • Expertise in implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign
  • Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically, influencing change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Deep analytical skills and detail oriented, ability to be agile and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, and results-oriented
  • Fluent speaking Mandarin
  • Experience with NetSuite
