Inside Sales 

About SQAD:

  • SQAD the industry standard in enabling companies across the media echo-system to research, analyze, plan, manage, and visualize their media strategies.
  • SQAD’s product suite includes solutions for: Spot TV, National Broadcast, Radio, Local Cable, OOH, Digital Media and the industry’s leading and premier Media Planning Software- MediaTools.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve New Business revenue targets through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Up-sell and cross-sell SQAD’s suite of products within an assigned client base
  • Responsible for achieving Quarterly Renewal Target minimum percentages
  • Engage former SQAD clients, introduce them to new/enhanced SQAD tools and services
  • Manage opportunities through the sales process, through close of opportunity
  • Execute contracts following SQAD’s pricing and legal parameters
  • Effectively utilize CRM tool to forecast and communicate with manager, clients and prospects
  • Collaborate and effectively partner with sales, marketing, product teams and exec management in order to achieve results
  • Understand clients’ needs and business model – emphasize value and solution-based selling
  • Understand and make recommendations on engagement with local client conferences and clubs
  • Remain knowledgeable of media, data and research trends 

 

 Activities in support of Inside Sales Role:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads
  • To aid renewals- monitor client usage reports and proactively engage when necessary
  • Consistent and thought-out contact with set client base/assigned territory
  • Deliver professional sales presentations/product demo’s via phone, web and in person when necessary
  • Discover new contacts within the customer’s organization to ensure SQAD products are widely adopted

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business to business sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Media Buying or Planning experience a plus
  • Experience selling or servicing Agencies, Marketers or Media Companies
  • Results oriented individual who is able to establish a rapport with customers via the phone to develop opportunities for revenue and service
  • Excellent planning and follow up skills required
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required in order to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Organized and efficient with the ability to effectively operate in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in use of Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Basic skill level in CRM required
