Job Description

2-4 Year Apprenticeship Programs

Kickstart your career and EARN while you LEARN from our team of skilled tradesmen.

Experience Spudnik
Attend Spudnik Boot Camp beginning June 2018 and learn about our Company, our Culture, and our Craft.  You’ll explore each production department for an up-close, hands-on look at manufacturing potato equipment.

Earn While You Learn
At the end of Boot Camp, you will register for the 2-4 year apprenticeship program of your choice: Assembler, Fabricator, Painter, or Welder.  You’ll receive paid on-the-job training and instruction from our senior tradesmen and mentors along with technical classroom instruction from our partners at Idaho State University.

Rewards for Skill Gains
When your knowledge and skills increase, so does your wage.  As you successfully complete each year of your apprenticeship, you will receive a pay raise as reward for your hard work and commitment to learning.

At the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive an Apprenticeship Completion Certificate from the United States Department of Labor.  This nationally recognized credential identifies your status as a qualified journeyworker.
