Role Summary:

Our new Operations Project Manager is a responsible for the management and delivery of all Spongecell Managed Services.  Managed services include but are not limited to advertising operations (adops), light software development and creative production.

 

Specific Responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Client Services to develop streamlined campaign processes

  • Manage and monitor workflow for the production and ad operations team members.  Ensure proper resource availability and allocation

  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on-time and within the provided scope

  • Develop and document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all operations teams

  • Develop and document all workflow procedures

  • Scope and manage workflow management tool (JIRA) workflows

  • Scope, build and maintain operational workflow and utilization dashboards

  • Work with stakeholders to develop onboarding and training materials

  • Develop and document escalation procedures and serve as point of contact for high priority campaign questions and concerns

  • Serve as liaison and subject matter expert for production and ad ops related questions and inquiries

  • Analyze monthly utilization metrics and forecast future utilization

 

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience; ability to multi-task and efficiently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong Communication Skills; polished and professional written and verbal communications skills

  • Client Relationship Management; able to develop  and manage expectations in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong Attention to Detail & Organization skills are a must!

  • Firm understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats (display, video, mobile, rich media)
