Role Summary:

Our new Client Success Manager is the face of campaigns both internally and externally. They are responsible for managing each campaign throughout the Spongecell life cycle. Our CSMs serve as client champions throughout the entire relationship, ensuring a successful delivery of our creative technology solutions. 


Client Communication:   

  • Ensure clients are well informed throughout the entire campaign process
  • Set appropriate expectations about Spongecell products and functionality
  • Be the main point of contact for questions, concerns, or requests and communicate accurate turnaround timelines and deliverables
  • Advise clients on products available; recommend products or features to help them achieve campaign goals 


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the internal campaign workflow across functional teams
  • Scope project and generate Insertion Order accurately
  • Ensure complete campaign details and specifications, including mid-campaign changes and requests are accurate & communicated properly to the appropriate teams
  • Manage and monitor workflow of the production team
  • Establish and assign internal deliverable priorities for production team and timelines for multiple clients
  • Guarantee accurate and timely billing


Client Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Understand client goals and objectives in order to identify opportunities to promote Spongecell’s products 
  • Act as a client advisor on digital advertising campaigns and strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide clients with campaign insights and communicate optimization strategies should the campaign not be performing to established targets
  • Develop strong relationships and loyal client base


About You:

  • A bachelor’s degree from 4 year university, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in online advertising, ad sales or media planning perspective preferred
  • Familiarity with ad serving (DFP, DFA, Atlas, Mediamind, etc.) is a plus
  • Firm understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats (display, video, mobile, rich media)
  • Knowledge of industry campaign metrics and KPIs (ie. CTR, etc.)
  • Software experience (preferred): Salesforce and JIRA
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a cross functional company environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and full of initiative, and ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Great attention to detail a must!
  • Extreme organization skills and highly detailed oriented
