The Senior Technical Recruiter will be running a full recruiting life cycle. You will be tasked with actively sourcing for top talent and being the main point of contact for the candidates. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are team players, but can also take ownership and work autonomously to achieve given tasks/goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to launch and fill assigned searches.
Source, engage and close key talent in competitive marketplaces.
Anticipate challenges and proactively work to eliminate them through collaboration and analysis.
Effectively use data-driven tools, including ATS, to manage searches, deliver accurate reporting, and improve recruiting-related decisions.
At least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting for technology companies
A track record that demonstrates the ability to strategize, engage, vet, and close talent from individual contributors to management.
Extensive experience recruiting software engineers, data engineers, and/or data scientists.
Excellent verbal, written, trouble-shooting, and influencing skills.
Prior agency (third party) or start-up recruiting experience preferred.
