Senior Technical Program Manager

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, clarifying and aligning different team’s projects and initiatives around our company goals. You will collaborate with Product Owners and the Leadership Team to make sure that different initiatives meet their goals on time and within budget. This position reports to the Head of Product.
Organize, align, and clarify different projects’ OKRs around the company goals
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that their teams meet both the project and company goals consistently and on-time
Implement and improve operational analytics, agile process reporting, and product data management
Leverage business analysis and operational analytics to evaluate different projects’ strengths and identify areas for improvement
Facilitate and improve scrum of scrums, program sync-up, roadmap updates, strategic planning, and other business processes
Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements and dependencies
Help manage changes and mitigate risks throughout the software development life-cycle
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience with program management and project management at a software or tech company
3+ years of experience with business process improvement
3+ years of experience with business analysis and/or data analytics
Experience with agile development, such as Scrum and Kanban, and software development life cycle
Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
Great skills in communication and stakeholder management
