We are a leader in digital marketing and are constantly pushing the envelope with our innovative and effective marketing campaigns. As a result, we have been awarded with an appointment to the Facebook SMB Advisory Board and have been the subject of countless case studies. As a Digital Marketing Intern you will work directly with the COO on all marketing channels including Facebook, Google, Instagram, Pinterest, Yahoo!, Bing and Snapchat. You should be truly passionate about how digital marketing works and what separates a great campaign from a bad one. You understand CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA and all of the critical metrics used in assessing ad performance. You will work closely with our development team and our data science team on engagement statistics, CRM data, SEO data, and other digital data streams that influence campaign construction and performance.
We are a frequent beta client for social media networks, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tool vendors. We have also developed proprietary monitoring and performance software which will continue to develop into a world class tool. If you want to be at the forefront of digital marketing this is role for you.
We will consider both part-time internships for current college students and full-time positions for those with the requisite skills detailed below. This is an entry level position.
You are currently enrolled in a four year college or university studying marketing, computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics or other quantitative degree. Analytical aptitude is critical for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have an "eye" for what looks aesthetically appealing, can see through the data to the insights that matter and have the comfort and ability to implement solutions in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics or our proprietary systems. If you think of yourself as a "growth hacker", this is the role for you.
In addition to telling us your story, you are a reliable and detail oriented individual and you are comfortable working in a small team. You are passionate about putting your skills to work in the children’s fashion and accessories industry. Personality traits that you exhibit are:

Specific skills that you possess:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiar with the Mac OS
