Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with excellent problem solving skills! This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Backend Development and collaboration within an agile team.
This is a remote friendly role for US based candidates.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, PHP, or JavaScript.
Strong data analysis, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and trace them to root causes.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the ability to write efficient, testable, and secure code.
Hands-on experience with relational databases, including writing complex queries to solve real-world problems.
Familiarity with database performance monitoring and tuning.
Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
Comfortable working in Linux environments, including composing command pipelines and writing shell scripts to automate tasks.
DevOps mindset with practical experience using Docker, Docker Compose, and/or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.
- Experience with system design; background in big data or real-time/low-latency systems is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with AWS is preferred.
