Trade Marketing Coordinator

Scope

This position will lead the planning, execution, and control of Trade Marketing strategies defined by the area manager for the markets of Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. The role ensures effective execution at the point of sale, optimal brand visibility, and alignment with regional commercial objectives. It will serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and external agency teams, with a focus on the retail channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Trade Marketing plans by channel and client.

  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and visibility campaigns.

  • Supervise the production, distribution, and installation of POP materials.

  • Monitor in-store execution: displays, storefronts, and POS assets.

  • Manage trade agencies, suppliers, and merchandisers.

  • Analyze execution KPIs and return on investment (ROI), proposing improvement actions.

  • Generate performance reports for campaigns and commercial initiatives.

  • Align tactics with sales, marketing, and regional trade teams.

  • Support digital initiatives related to the in-store experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercialization, or related fields

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing roles within retail

  • Solid understanding of distribution channels and point-of-sale dynamics

  • Intermediate conversational English

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level)

  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and results orientation

  • Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to multitask

  • Own transportation (car or motorcycle) and residence within 40 minutes of our office in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina

  • Availability to travel once per quarter to Paraguay or Uruguay
