This position is responsible for owning all aspects of the customers executions, Promoters (if are available), trainings, retail service, sell in – sell thru analysis and store renovations. With 3+ years of experience in the Marketing area or involved with retailers from the store stand point. Self-driven, very organized, efficient and multitask.
The resource is key to the category development. This person will have full portfolio visibility & will lead publishers initiatives as well as specific innovation & communication projects segment.
Should feel as comfortable with numbers as with conceptualization; should feel as comfortable building a business case as brainstorming ideas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-by-day relationship between the agency and the Brand (This role can’t be hire through the agency to avoid any risks of conflicts of interest).
- Determine and analyze promoter KPIs with each KAM to maximize the reach of the brand. This will be a weekly task so this person can execute a strategy accordingly.
- Oversee reviewing Pos and invoices to match them in the Ad&PRO; follow up with suppliers and agencies to deliver everything on time.
- Execute and develop the whole Trade Marketing strategy at the stores.
- Coordinate with the customers: Trainings, activations, POP implementation, incentives plans and additional spaces for exhibitions.
- File information preparation, delivery of audiovisual content material.
- Design Requirements, corrections and final validation with Brands and/or customers (Retails & Specialist)
- Promotional activities communication, customer Status report & Sales status report elaboration: elaborate the reports output with collected data & images support per Promotion per product and per Customer.
- Coordinate and execute new promotions reach per customer and SKU with commercial team per Publishers and made a price analysis.
- Agency coordination in order to work on launches or special activities executions at POS, work on designs request, production, coordinate logistics of POP Material.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Marketing or business administration required.
- 3+ years of experience in retail, supervision, point of sales and training.
- Experience in video game or consumer electronics or Retail field.
- General knowledge marketing, retail executions, sell in – sell thru and inventory management.
- Superior written and verbal skills to facilitate the communication process - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- The individual must be organized, creative, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented.
- Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a must.
- High project management skills, having interpersonal outstanding communications skills to influence and make things happen while participating in multidisciplinary teams with stressed timings.
- Negotiation skills and interaction with external Communication Agencies: Give direction.
