Regional Product & Demand Planning Manager

Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Regional Product & Demand Planning Manager in gaming and mobile to lead product lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and inventory planning across LATAM for Gaming & Mobile categories. This role bridges commercial product management with supply chain planning and will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure inventory availability, forecast accuracy, and successful product launches across the region.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail or consumer electronics environments, understands regional market dynamics, and can build scalable forecasting and planning processes in fast-paced organizations.

This position must be based in Mexico and requires advanced English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Demand Planning

  • Develop and maintain regional demand planning and forecasting models across LATAM markets.
  • Build standardized planning processes and robust reporting systems to ensure consistency of information across the region.
  • Align regional demand plans with inventory availability, production schedules, and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor inventory health and optimize stock levels to reduce stock-outs and improve inventory turnover.
  • Analyze forecasting accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve planning performance.

Product Lifecycle & Commercial Coordination

  • Support product launches, transitions, and end-of-life strategies for gaming, mobile, and consumer electronics products.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to align promotional activities, retail initiatives, and replenishment plans.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure execution of launch timelines and operational readiness.

Regional Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Standardize regional workflows, KPIs, and operational processes across LATAM markets.
  • Coordinate with country planners and regional teams to validate data consistency and improve operational execution.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to support S&OP activities and business planning.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain advanced Excel-based planning and reporting tools.
  • Analyze operational and inventory KPIs, including:
    • Forecast Accuracy
    • Inventory Turnover
    • Stock-Out Levels
    • Operational Execution Metrics

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related functions.
  • Strong background in consumer electronics, gaming, retail, mobile devices, appliances, or related industries.
  • Experience working in regional LATAM environments.
  • Exposure to multinational or large-scale organizations preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with ERP and forecasting systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Experience building forecasting models and operational dashboards.

Languages

  • Advanced English and Spanish required.
