Marketing Coordinator Mobility

Job Description

In Solutions 2 GO Chile, we are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator with a passion for consumer electronics. This role is key in supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on electronic products, enhancing their visibility across physical retail channels and e-commerce platforms. The role is also responsible for overseeing the team of field promoters and merchandisers, as well as managing the operations of the external agency that supports them.

Additionally, this role will serve as an internal service partner to the Product, Sales, and MarketSpan business units, working closely with them to align marketing initiatives with commercial, portfolio, and positioning goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns focused on consumer electronic products
  • Coordinate promotional and activation initiatives at retail points of sale and across e-commerce platforms
  • Oversee the implementation of POP materials, in-store displays, and activations
  • Monitor and analyze product and campaign performance across traditional and digital channels
  • Manage e-commerce product content: descriptions, images, technical specifications, and SEO optimization
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and digital media partners for the creation of advertising campaigns
  • Support new product launches from planning to local execution
  • Develop campaign, sales, and ROI reports in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Follow up on marketing budgets allocated to each product line or campaign
  • Coordinate the relationship with the external trade marketing agency, ensuring fulfillment of operational KPIs, store coverage, and weekly performance reports
  • Act as an internal service provider to the Product, Sales, and MarketSpan teams, aligning communication needs, point-of-sale visibility, and marketing support with business objectives
  • Lead recurring evaluation, selection, and bidding processes for external agencies (creative, BTL, trade, digital), ensuring efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in consumer electronics companies
  • Strong knowledge of the retail channel and e-commerce ecosystems (Mercado Libre, Amazon, owned sites, etc.)
  • Experience managing field staff (promoters, merchandisers) and working with external agencies
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign KPIs, sell-out, market share, and consumer behavior
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
  • English proficiency: intermediate to advanced, especially in reading and writing
