About

The Jr. Finance Administrator is responsible for the accounting activities and administrative tasks from branch office. Must ensure that finance and accounting information are carried out in due form and in a timely manner.

Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Management and booking of all Accounts Payables
  • Booking correctly in our accounting software all purchasing invoices in USD and local currency
  • Prepare biweekly payment payable packages
  • Booking and maintain local expenses
  • Monitoring paid in advance to suppliers and verifying their suitable legalization.
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Support local and global audit requirements
  • Execute other activities that the company requires.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience
  • English Intermediate Level
  • Accounting Bachelor´s Degree
  • Ability to working in several tasks at once
  • Follow up the policies and procedures
  • Microsoft Knowledge required (intermediate - Advanced Excel)
