Scope:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized HR professional to join our team on a one-year contract to lead and support a range of strategic human resources projects. This role will focus on project execution and coordination across multiple initiatives that will strengthen our HR infrastructure, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.

You’ll work closely with the HR team to plan, deliver, and implement key HR initiatives, bringing structure, consistency, and momentum to projects that impact employees across Canada, US and LATAM.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of key HR projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and tracking tools to ensure accountability and visibility of progress
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings to gather input, align priorities, and drive decision-making
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Support the design and rollout of new HR programs, policies, and systems across multiple regions
  • Prepare project communications, presentations, and updates for HR and business leadership
  • Contribute to process improvements by recommending and implementing best practices in HR project management
  • Assist with change management and communication planning to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in generalist, HRBP, or project-based roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting HR or business transformation projects
  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with HR systems or tools (e.g., Dayforce, NAVEX, LinkedIn Learning) is an asset.
  • Experience in creating and analyzing dashboards and metrics
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is an advantage but not required
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
